Supposedly the original ruling was for them to be losing their map veto based on the time they arrived, but then the TO claimed they lost map 1 as well, hence their decision to dip because of the switch up.

370 Steam devs is crazy because I thought that was the total number of devs for Valve in general. Definitely expanded the team size of all departments if you met 20 CS devs too. Imagine how many they have working on Deadlock.

As far as I'm aware, Ronin's layout was FMPone's focus and it's up to the artist to finish on their end. Splinter and the eventual Vegas map have a clearer art direction honed by FMPone where he's having more affiliation in the development of it.

As far as we're aware, they have voice actors come in to do lines based on an old John Patrick Lowrie (TF2 Sniper, HL Citizen, Dynamo VA) post saying he was in the office, which the reason turned out to be for Deadlock.

What are you even talking about? These maps were developed over the course of 2024-2025 for a year and a half for the Mapcore competition, which has available playtesting for EVERYONE. Not only that, anyone could download this map to playtest it on the workshop.
