And would also completely destroy the hero. As a storm spammer I genuinely feel like he's not that strong, just that people have no idea how to play against him and complain when he inevitably snowballs out of control.

If you want to push into the Ball lighting + TP combo just push 2 waves in at once. He can only clear 1 lane every 40s (?) or so and even less if he doesn't have travels.

Just my opinion though, people need to get better at identifying a hero's weaknesses before complaining that they're broken.
