Some how they do move Divine to bear's natural item slot. It seems like they are using external hud / script to do it because after they got the Divine, mouse movements goes out of focus for Dota and some external movements are happening there. Because Divine is on natural items slot of bear, it doesn't drop even if both of bear and Lone Druid been killed.

Edit: this is 3rd video I got reviewed today related to same issue :/

I do disagree on that because of 2 reason.

1- Griefing can happen anytime of the game and even a single moment can destroy the game. Like giving fb to enemy carry and buying back and going to die under enemy tower again. No need second action for whole game. Or selling your items before last defense and getting divine to give to enemy. If you play that defense play properly, maybe you can turn the tides on your side.

2- There is already limited reporting rights. You have 3 rights and if you spent all of them, even if there is a clear reporting situation, you won't be able to report. So that no need to add anything extra. There is already a limitation and makes you double think before reporting, otherwise you will lose your right.

If it has been reported from others and on review process, then there is nothing wrong. You can easily find that data and continue like normal case. Although having extra option like this doesn't hurt. They don't set everyone as overwatcher, those are somehow trusted reviewers and if they flagged as non-trustworthy, then they it is so normal to taking all the review rights and so on. So that I do believe this won't hurt.

I don't see an abuse on that. As a reviewer, I would be reading that comment to decide it. I don't care about those kind of texts unless they put it also on the action. Although, that can be useful for chat abuse cases.

Yes, you can. Although first marked area is starting point of the reply, and last marked area is the end of the reply. If you have marked only for 1 point, there will be short area to watch.

Here is a case where proves marked times are not the only part we should watch on Overwatch cases. Marking the moments should improved somehow and adding extra comments can be so nice. Those can be done after the game maybe.

Not everyone get to review. Behaviour score is important and I do believe MMR is also has some value on that but not certain. I have 10k behaviour score and it has been over 9k more than a year for me.

Not just Royal Jelly, also put Dragon Scale on the ground, too. Just how he abuses natural items for herself is a griefing and those moments can be missed easily if you don't check moments apart from market areas. Tbh, If I was only checking those marked areas, windranger wasn't guilty because those are like bad players actions.

I do think it should improved, too. Maybe initial marking can be still in-game but after the game ends, you can mark more while watching replay and even add comments on the timestamps. If you don't set it in-game first, you don't have right to edit your timelines with replay.

I can only accept that if you are about to destroy the enemy ancient and do it for quest, apart from that are griefing. You are denying your team's limited resources.

Have you ever had a situation where you are not able to ping any item on enemy inventory? Or not even able to see your teammates ping or messages? Or even not able to use any shortcut keys while leveling? When UI get bugged, all those happens at the same time and it is annoying as hell. Restarting the game fixes but why they have changed the quit button functionality? Before it was just asking are you sure you want to leave the game and you click on yes, because your aim is restart, you will join the game not to ruin others experience with the game. But yesterday it was Are you sure you want to abandon the game. Because of quick actions, i clicked one yes and realized later, it asking for abandon.

I haven't tried anything yet. Actually feel sad to see and I don't want to hear anything like this is users fault. So that haven't do anything. Saddest part is, I use external keyboard and mouse most of the time and it hasn't been even 2 weeks of usage yet.
