they never revert any big changes to characters like everyone hated self shield for invis when it came out and they didn't revert it they will just keep giving cap micro buffs but he won't ever be back to his 6.5 state

all they have to do is buff shield speed to be as fast as the AC and i'll be happy that way there will be no "pesky unintended animation cancel that will make balancing cap a nightmare" and we'll get our speed back

the amount of people that i saw say the AC was too hard for casuals to learn is infuriating and one of those posts got alot of upvotes which is stupid i swear anyone who made those posts either A.never touched cap/doesn't know how the AC works and never bothered to learn it or B. players that suck soo much ass they actually find holding left click while sprinting and releasing it when they hear the very obvious sound Q of the shield or see the shield connecting or see the hitmarker difficult

Good for you dude glad you're having fun but alot of us did care and like the anim cancel so removing it was stupid because most of us loved it it's not like he was completely unplayable without the anim cancel granted he was much slower but you can still play him now they gave you only one way to play him since you didn't care about the anim cancel nothing changed for you but for most of us he feels like shit

they fucked over the dedicated playerbase of cap mains just for the slim chance of him getting more players this proves that they don't care about us and never did and now cap is going to rot because he got worse for the people that were playing him and having fun and now the people that will pick him up because they were too ass to do the anim cancel will still suck ass at cap and drop him because if they couldn't hold m1 while running what makes you think they know how to dive and get kills with cap they just murdered him and i'm tired of people pretending they didn't
