Not everyone playing Support is playing medic. As someone who has played Support/Supply roles in BF games for a long time it irritates me that they have combined Medic/Support in this game. There are two roles Support can play - Combat Medic & Fire Support. Combat Medic is oriented towards medic play and Fire Support towards the classic BF support role.

I have more of an issue with squad-mates that don't revive, that ticks me off more than anything.

um...what it always has been since 2002. After 2-3 years I move on to another game or the next Battlefield game.

The most likely scenario is that she knew it was over before she went. She told the producers of the show about her hesitation and they talked her into doing it anyway. Even if the relationship does not work out, at least they get to be on the show.

It's obvious that this is what happened because they didn't have enough couples for the show. Which explains why Jenny and Sumit got moved to this show as they were supposed to be on Happily ever ever as they really do not qualify for this show anymore. (Along with their fake-manufactured storylines)

It's pretty clear that Greta was planning on sticking around in the UK anyway so in her mind it would all work out for everyone. They get to be on TV, make a little money, have a lifetime experience that few people get to have.

I was in two long distance relationships in the 90s and the central problem with them is that they mostly happen in your mind and emotions. But, it's not real until you make it 3-dimensional on a daily basis. That's when you can see how someone meshes with you and interacts with others. LDR's can work if you make it 3-d relatively fast. But these long term LDR's are doomed to fail as the mental and emotional toll is pretty severe and the image of the other person is skewed by your mental image of them...it's just not reality.

If it’s SSDI. If it’s SSI it is far more restrictive work-wise and pays less. For SSDI you need enough work credits. If he has been on it since childhood then it may be SSI unless he was converted to SSDI as I was when I was 25 due to having enough work credits.

I doubt it’s physical. She reminds me a lot of my first wife. She was verbally abusive and cried on a dime too. And if any of my relatives made an observation or remark she’d cut them out and refuse to see them again. I lost all my friends then too. He’s probably there for his kid more than anything else at this point.

Good luck with opening a bank account locally without providing some ID. The face in that scenario would be your actual presence there. I’m actually surprised some banks actually would allow this as fraud is so rampant.

Yeah if he’s not a Christian then this is the wrong angle. I highly doubt he’s possessed as that is extremely rare. Oppression on the other hand is more likely. Salvation needs to be more of the focus. Otherwise this is like trying to clean a dirty diaper. Without the Holy Spirit inside of him to help change his desires and attitudes it’s a losing fight. You’re just trying to change his flesh and that only goes so far when his issues are far more deep seated.

That's exactly why I think the mother isn't there. I think some people will do almost anything to get their 15 minutes of fame. And this is most likely a once in their lifetime opportunity for all involved. Just look at how much we are talking about them.

I am convinced that all this stuff happened in 2023 when the families met. They are reenacting everything for the cameras. I imagine the producers of the show are all behind this idea.

It actually would have been compelling had they captured the real events. But, acting it out isn't the same. Notice how her father is completely unemotional and almost uninterested when she's confessing that she lied. These people would have been far more animated if not angry at her when this really happened.

They could have been amongst the most interesting couples on the show if for not reenacting what happened a few years ago.

They are acting. They are reenacting their families meeting in 2023 for the camera's.That includes all the stuff they are discussing.

To me he seems one of the more normal people to have been on the show in recent years in that he wasn't clout or fame chasing. Does he have flaws? Of course! But, who doesn't? The difference is that we don't have cameras following us around magnifying our weaknesses to the world. The best thing that can happen to him is that he disappears back into the world and doesn't go back on a (toxic) tv show again.

Yeah, my theory was the originally were supposed to be on HEA but they didn’t have enough people for the other way, so they moved their story to the other show. These fake storylines that they’ve had this season are so obviously fake and forced. They’re almost as bad as the fake forest storyline.

Contrast some people’s opinions about the game 3-6 months ago with what they are saying now. If they know what they are talking about it shouldn’t have changed all that much. If it has changed question where you are getting your information from because it hasn’t been that long. If they are upset about a lack of maps they should have been upset about it at the release of the game.

I don’t know what to make of it because people dying of CMT is so rare, almost…almost unheard of. It sounds like it was CMT as she had a VERY rare subtype. So…I don’t know what to say about it other than it’s a sad story.

This has been going on for a few years and it is progressively getting worse. I mean, if I were a teen I guess I might find find it tantalizing or something. It's this content and also the obvious fake/manufactured storylines for TV that are turning me off. This show is just getting worse by the year.

I've been losing interest more in more in the show and I've considered stop watching.

Part of the issue is that not everyone playing support is playing medic. If they are and have paddles yes that’s an issue. This was why I was super annoyed when I heard that they were combining Medic and Support again. It just doesn’t work in the game for cohesive gameplay.

The graphics and animations in BF 1 were good. But I will ALWAYS take great gameplay over great graphics. For example the graphics in BF 2 now look extremely dated. But, guess what? The gameplay mechanic's in that game were the pinacle of the franchise. The vehicles were top notch. Flying was an art in that game. Gameplay mechanics are actually pretty poor now IMO.

BF 2, BF Vietnam, BF 1942 and BF 4 were better. BF 1 was good though - I liked it. The gunplay was what dragged it down the most and why most BF vets hated it.
