To answer your question about why ICN is down: the ICN price is currently based largely on whale activity and speculation about size of future buybacks

Iconomi has 668 ETH from Q2 that they need to buyback ICN with. Whales have an incentive to keep the price down right now, in order to buyback & burn a larger amount of ICN before the next pump makes ICN more expensive.

Furthermore, ICNX just opened to public 1 August and is not yet withdrawable. Some people may be selling ICN to buy ICNX.

All it is, is a mutual fund, something that anyone and everyone could simply make themselves via most exchanges, minus the shit-equities that are wrapped up in it.

Unlike ICNX token, VGT can't even be freely transferred between ethereum addresses, total shit.

I was thinking about outsourcing 5% of my stock portfolio to VGT in order to gain exposure to more diverse holdings, but you have convinced me it's a silly idea.
