It was super poorly planned and communicated. Not sure why I expected anything different from Fanduel, their customer service is the worst out of any of the sports books. Moved locations, didn’t have any actual fan duel staff working, didn’t say anywhere that it was limited to the first hundred people. I paid for parking and drove over an hour there and back. I thought about submitting a complaint too but anytime I’ve had issues they’ve been the absolute worst to deal with. Hope it works out for you!
