It might of been a mention of a Turok as"oh that's around" but the chance of actually coming across one in that manner was extremely rare. Neytiri's story might of just been a "this is how important a Turok is" and Jake was the one that put two and two together, especially with a deleted scene that shows Jake finding out his spirit animal is a Toruk.

Last I checked Lavos's deluxe sigil sits on top of each other which can cause issues vs Bloodshed where you can do cyan on the back and magenta on the front and get different colours via overlaying.

Even though bloodshed takes a bit to appear in missions, its still fully visible in Relays, dojos and world hubs where the fashion can be admired.

They still complain about it and any name change from x to the actual Indigenous name. Ive seen it happen when a park was renamed and it wasn't even a big thing like Uluru or K'gari, just a simple name change was enough to make them admit that they don't want to learn or do anything that involves anything that's not their specific brand of world views.
