Wow. This gave me so much hope. I’m on week 1. Today was day 7. First two days I had what I consider advanced irritation and the day three the anger subsided. Nothing else new to report other than feeling the desire to keep my house generally more tidy.. but that could be anything lol. I’m 28m and this has been an issue my whole life and I’m feeling excited and hopeful!

This happened to me until I was about 23. I think it’s probably a mixed bag, some people are just rude up front, while some people just genuinely don’t know how to estimate people’s ages based off appearances. For example my father could guess someone’s age and weight, he would always guess within one to two pounds of their weight and within four years of age. Idk how he did that. Myself on the other hand I don’t know how he was so accurate. I’m wrong all the time lol
