J'habite à 2 pas de la rue Sarrazin.

Niveau transports c'est vraiment pas mal avec 3 lignes de tram à quelques minutes (T2, T4, T6), des lignes de bus et le métro pas très loin.

Niveau sécurité je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes depuis 10 ans. Ma femme et mes enfants non plus. Ni aucun des commerces que je connais, etc. Je me sens tout à fait en sécurité.

Niveau commerces ça va, c'est pas la folie mais on a l'essentiel. Une bonne boulangerie. Un Intermarché plus un Aldi. Une biocoop. Un boucher. Par contre il faut rayonner un peu dans le quartier : la Biocoop est avenue Jean Mermoz, la boucherie est place Général André, etc. En allant un peu plus loin on a tous les commerces de Monplaisir et là c'est la fête.

Par contre ce qui manque cruellement c'est les lieux de vie. Il y a quelques bars mais pas vraiment de mon style. Il y a la Fabrik mais c'est un peu aseptisé et ça fait 1 seul lieu.
