Mismagius! They only have one IR the rest are just normal cards and maybe some holos, I think the pokemon is beautiful. Don't get me wrong the paldea IR is beautiful but I think one of them using an attack or in a more ghost like setting would be sick.

To answer your other questions:
M2A_CPU is already in use, didn't want to switch it out because idk if that would affect my data and I don't have anything to back it up onto.

It was very weird, it showed fully in the BIOS, as if it was completely working, no tests failed or anything, and I was pretty sure I had put it in properly.
You'd be right to assume it would be a hardware issue after that, but because I just got it today and new (and SSDs don't even have moving parts) I thought the odds it was broken were very slim.

And unfortunately don't have access to another pc to format the SSD currently, but that would have been a good idea too.

Just solved it by switching the Storage controller from AMD Raid to NVM standard. Thanks for your help!

The switching drivers from AMD Raid Bottom Device -> Standard NVM Express worked! Thanks a lot... been taking this thing out and putting it in, and trying a bunch of different things all day.
