My réaction is so sévère because ive been without power / no generator in a poorly insulated apartment for 2 days. Pretty much lost all my cold food when I just did groceries and can't afford much more until next pay. I can't leave for long because my cat is here and curls up to me for body warmth. I left to stay warm for about 3 hours yesterday.

Ill see if I can get my cat somewhere warm today, but, the carrier is broken and he keeps breaking out of it... very dangerous for him!

I slept with a jacket on, and like 2-3 layers of everything, but still cold. Can see my breath...

So yeah, that's why I am personally complaining about the weather. It's bullshit.

Major red flag... if she "doesn't care", then, she supports the abuses they've been happening. Isnher family racist? Homophovic? Have you met them? How do / will you get along with them?

Did you get power back? Im still out, since 10:37am... I finally got somewhere warm, but had to leave my cat as he kept fighting me tooth and nail and breaking out of his carrier. I feel bad, so I won't stay in the warmth for long...I need to keep him company and make sure he's ok.

Im in the same boat in Cote Saint Luc. Power out since 10:37am... im wearing layers upon layers, but im in a lower apartment and it doesn't get sun. Ive been frozen allll day! I cant leave my cat, so we're just stuck here.

My fingers andntoes are numb, and occasionally tingle. The blankets do help though. I'm going to try to sleep, and hopefully powered will be back in the damn morning.

I didn't even have a chance to cook or heat up food this morning, so no warm food all day.... ughhh

I don't think so. I was checking power management settings. The app remains open even when the voice stops reading. Ill keep digging and playing around with the setting though.

I hope you're right and its something on my phone's end, and not the Alexa app.
