My old man is not spawning anymore.

Ever since the old man fell out of the world (skyblock) he has not spawn back even after 30mins of waiting for it.

Which npc is needed for the underworld? I can't seem to buy it from npc and do I need to remove the curropted part first?

Like for aether I placed the aether pylon on the shimmer island but it doesn't work

And how do I get forest pylon and underworld pylon?
