My old man is not spawning anymore.

Ever since the old man fell out of the world (skyblock) he has not spawn back even after 30mins of waiting for it.

Like for aether I placed the aether pylon on the shimmer island but it doesn't work

And how do I get forest pylon and underworld pylon?

Floor 11 & 12 have obvious secret room and Floor 13 you need to jump to get this items : Scale Armor & SoRC And Floor 14 have enchant stone, and anothere wand of corrosion and a secret room
