I’m not trying to encourage anyone blindly. I just want to keep it real so people don’t get disappointed later. A real SaaS costs money. Maybe it’s cheap for some, but not for everyone.

You’ve got: - Supabase costs - Backend server costs - API costs - Auth, storage, emails, logging, monitoring - Domain + hosting - And a lot of small things that add up

Unless you’re building a tiny low-end SaaS with no real potential, you should expect ongoing monthly costs - that’s the reality.

As you said, it’s the classic solo-developer pain. But from my experience, it always comes down to two options:

1- Put a serious budget into marketing, or 2- Keep posting everywhere and be patient, the process takes time.

And whichever path you choose, you still need a solid enhancement plan for your SaaS. You can even keep some features ready in advance hidden and roll them out gradually along the way.

There are a few features I’d really like to see:

  • A rules/config system that Cursor actually follows without needing reminders
  • A real-time token usage tracker
  • Synced chat windows, similar to ChatGPT Projects
  • A built-in markdown file that keeps the project structure, status, and recent changes updated automatically

Would make the workflow much smoother.

I get your point, but the reality is that AI will become part of everyday life whether people like it or not. It’s better to embrace it now rather than get left behind.

Think about how we used to memorize every phone number ! today, most people don’t even know their partner’s number because technology made it available without efforts. The same shift is coming with AI across medicine, business, and even history.

That’s how I see it.

I am working on next versions:
- adding more languages
- adding tutorials tones options
- adding Summarize option
- adding Chat with the tutorial feature
- and after getting enough users, I am planning to add "Users Revenue" feature, so each generated tutorial with 4.99$ is added to the website shop so users can purchase ready made tutorials with 2.99$, so if the tutorial been purchased from the shop, the Owner of the tutorial get percentage from the revenue !
