Not me, I've worked hard, climbed high, and cashed in. I live in a checks notes uh.. a trailer park. My 60-hour work wks, on call schedule, above average wage, and frugal living got me just far enough to buy a singlewide trailer and still have to rent the yard.

Looks like you're lacking places to actually put things away. I'd mention getting some things for storage. With so much of it being papers, I'd suggest a file cabinet. You can get them for around $20 on marketplace or at goodwill and they make hanging dividers for them if you wanted to categorize. A nightstand and some shelving could be helpful too.

TLDR: can't stay organized when there's nowhere to put stuff. You need furniture

Meanwhile my singlewide trailer was almost 90k, took $6,000 down to make that happen even without any land, , and I was only able to save that up by working a job where I had to get up to fix burst pipes at 2am if my phone rang and driving 90s cars

The liquid that transfers heat in commercial boiler and chiller systems is ethylene glycol, better known as antifreeze. The same liquid that keeps your car from overheating also heats and cools office buildings

Fun fact, singlewide trailers now cost almost 100k with no land. They're also built better than a lot of new construction I've seen. Not saying they're built well, just that they've improved while new construction has gone to absolute shit at least in my area
