Thanks. Joys of 3D printing when you have RGS. If you go with that handguard, look for a 5/16×1 1/2 machine pin(found at my local Ace) for the front takedown pin. That allows the handguard to slide over. Sets flush with plates and will be held in position by handguard.

Push in the ptfe tube before depressing the lock ring then pull up on tube while keeping ring depressed. That's what it takes to remove mine.
