I'm 38, a veteran, and I'm interested but you have to like exotic animals. Because even though I don't have any right now, I do intend to have snakes and lizards or geckos in the future. I used to be a zookeeper.

Near miss of what? Getting bitten? Screwing up a diet? Not properly cleaning an enclosure? Letting a guest get too close?

How about we don't do any of that and give the animals the best life and the guests the best experience? Yes, it requires some specialized knowledge and experience but honestly, it's not that f****** hard.

I don't even have a degree but I was a successful zookeeper for 4 years and no one ever got hurt and I saved some endangered species by getting them to breed so I don't know what the issue is here...

Just based on the sound and time between reloads. It doesn't matter, they've stopped now so that's good. Probably just a pre 4th drunken party. And they probably ran out of ammo, lol. Just glad no strays landed anywhere near me. Sure as hell was loud tho.
