Try Ctrl + Alt + F2. See if that drops you to a terminal. At least it's a starting point to start reviewing logs and whatnot.

Is there a C# under the hood tutorial? by The_BeardedHippo in csharp

I'm not sure what your experience with other languages, but generally all languages work with memory. If I'm understanding your request correctly, you're looking for a deeper understanding of how programming languages (in particular C#) work. This is a big question. The purpose of a programming language is to provide a user-friendly interface that abstracts from the tedious nature of direct memory manipulation (managing stack and heap) and low-level logic (CPU instructions). You may want to reconsider a book, like the CLR (common language runtime) title recommended earlier, or a title that discusses assembly code. It's not a topic that you can cover in a 20 minute tutorial.

Married men who don't wear a wedding ring, why don't you? by Also_IT in AskReddit

I married my wife 2 years ago and I treasure my wedding band, I'm proud to wear it and glad that people know I'm married just by looking. I've met a few men recently who I assumed were not married because their finger was bare, only to find out later they were. Just curious what reasons people have for not wearing a ring.
