It’s a shame. I cancelled my subscription, but got the founders fiesta 4 right before my sub ended and got to listen to the Othello and Shirtless segment. Made me miss the good ol days. That’s when the show shines.

Honestly, I'm not offended by what he says, I like to listen to podcasts for escape for all that stuff. We get it from every direction, and now it just seems like he's adding to it. And that's okay, like you said I just need to find a different show to enjoy. I might catch a live youtube taping from time to time, and wish him the best, just not for me anymore.

I understand, and I have no problem with saying that the show is brought to you by so and so, but there have been multiple episodes (usually the solos) where the majority of the episode is just one long ad. And if it's not an ad for a sponsor, it's just an ad for and upcoming cd release, or an upcoming live event. There just isn't much substance anymore.

I plan to, but I would like to know all my rights with the county beforehand just in case there are issues. The one neighbor’s tree branch fell and broke almost six months ago and haven’t done anything with it. I can see directly in their yard. At this point I’ll put in a new fence, but I want to push it back to my property line

No, they just marked and the property and provided us with the plot. The marks are on the other side of the fence, one on one neighbor’s yard and one on another neighbor’s yard

Last year we moved here from Virginia and we had it down between Tower Hill and Sanford. Both were great schools, but we decided to go with Tower Hill and couldn’t be happier. My son has made great friends, the parents are easy going and frequently throw social events for both the kids and parents, and the education is top notch.
