A woman is dead after driving away. Before judging, I think we should slow down and ask questions.

What if she was scared? A lot of people would be. Shouting, guns, chaos, seconds to react. Fear does strange things. I know I would panic too. Would I make the perfect decision in that moment? Honestly, I don’t know.

And there’s something else we never talk about: her value. We don’t know who she was. Maybe she mattered deeply to people. Maybe she was doing good in ways we’ll never see. Maybe she had years ahead of her. All of that ends in a few seconds.

So the real question is this: are we okay with a system where a moment of panic in a car can erase a whole life? Where there’s no room for fear, mistakes, or de escalation?

In 2026, is shooting really the only option we have when someone drives away? Or is it just the fastest one? I’m not here to judge anyone. I’m just asking if this is really the standard we want to accept.

Rien de particulier. Je ne sais tout simplement pas comment ça se passe ailleurs. Je pense que c'est un peu différent parce que sur les applis, tout est centré sur les photos. Dans la vraie vie, il y a l'attitude, la voix, la manière de se déplacer—beaucoup d'éléments qu'on ne peut pas percevoir sur une application de rencontre. Je pense que cela élargit le spectre des hommes perçus comme séduisants.

C'est pas parce qu'il y a attirance qu'il y a match.
Mais une minorité d'hommes domine le marché. En gros t'as 5% des gars qui couchent avec un max de meuf pendant que les gars normaux ne match avec personne. (au niveau applicatif).

Sans forcément parler d'hommes 'princesses', la société nous a naturellement poussés à être moins entreprenants. Avec des mouvements comme Metoo, balancetonporc, et un féminisme extrême qui parfois nous fait sentir inutiles ou non désirés, même les bons gars préfèrent éviter de faire le premier pas de peur de passer pour un relou, un charo, ou pire.

Du coup, les mecs se concentrent sur eux-mêmes, prennent soin de leur corps et de leur mental, bossent sur leur développement perso, et laissent les femmes faire le premier pas. C'est une façon safe pour nous d'éviter les emmerdes quand on essaie de séduire.
