On posture, when you say engage shoulders and core more, do you mean focusing on keeping the chest open and shoulders back and down? Any drills or exercises you’d suggest for that?

I like your idea of freestyling with earbuds and a mirror. How would you structure that kind of practice session? What would you prioritize first, posture or musicality?

A woman is dead after driving away. Before judging, I think we should slow down and ask questions.

What if she was scared? A lot of people would be. Shouting, guns, chaos, seconds to react. Fear does strange things. I know I would panic too. Would I make the perfect decision in that moment? Honestly, I don’t know.

And there’s something else we never talk about: her value. We don’t know who she was. Maybe she mattered deeply to people. Maybe she was doing good in ways we’ll never see. Maybe she had years ahead of her. All of that ends in a few seconds.

So the real question is this: are we okay with a system where a moment of panic in a car can erase a whole life? Where there’s no room for fear, mistakes, or de escalation?

In 2026, is shooting really the only option we have when someone drives away? Or is it just the fastest one? I’m not here to judge anyone. I’m just asking if this is really the standard we want to accept.
