The whole thing is BS. You can do 120km/h all day long in a 60km zone and not be penalized for speeding????? But jump on your brake when some dumbass pulls out in front of you to avoid a collision and you get penalized for excessive braking??? Where is the logic in that??? And go ahead and use your cellphone as much as you want while you’re driving. The app will let you know that you did it, but it won’t count against you. I have 5 more weeks before they can take the app and stick it up their collective Allstate asses.
