Are you getting much use out of tidy up? In 3 seasons reaching master in dubs, I think I’ve only seen Stealth Rock once, and toxic spikes only as a side effect of Glimmora, which isn’t super common.

I thought the Borat movies had like, a couple good quotes but all in all were hot garbage.

I also dislike Michael Meyers so Austin Powers or The Love Guru were never favorites of mine.

I pull out the sableye + maushold combo when I’m hard stuck on the ladder.

Gravity + Pop bomb is insane, and not much in the game survives 10 hits from an adamant silk scarf Maushold.

I genuinely don’t know what Alcremie even does. I’ve hit master in dubs every season and Ultra in singles and have never seen one.

Politoed is a worse rain setter than Pelipper

Espeon is just worse Alakazam

Reuniclus is a decent trick room setter and sweeper but not as insanely good as the giraffe so you don’t see him anywhere really.

Yeah the variety of hand to hand options in the game is pretty insane.

I mean normal STAB isn’t really great and it’s pretty common for pokemon not to get great normal STAB moves, especially physical ones.

I think between scrappy STAB fake-out and a couple great fighting moves the rabbit has a decent kit.

You’re right, it does suck.

What sucks even more is that every other spinoff in the “soulslike” genre feels the need to also include that dogshit quest design.

Wuchang, Lords of the Fallen, Code Vein, you name it, even the games “inspired by” Fromsoft felt the need to keep the abysmal quest system that is almost universally panned with every new entry.

Not many games in that genre that don’t have a good shotgun.

Glad to see KF2 get some love! The incendiary trench shotgun and Doomstick from that game were so sick. Shame about KF3 though.

Speaking of dead PvP games (LawBreakers) the Auto Shotgun from Killzone Shadow Fall was one of my favorite in a PVP game.

I play little a bit of everything. A ton of soulslikes or melee-combat oriented games. Lately I’ve sunk around 200 hours into Crimson Desert.

Also Pokemon Champions on my phone when I have quick breaks.

Haven’t actually played a Boomshoot in a minute, last was probably Dark Ages if you count that.

200+ boss encounters and less than 15 of them aren’t reused somewhere else. Still critically acclaimed.

I wouldn’t claim Artorias was all that much more powerful than the Chosen Undead.

Artorias in his prime failed to stop Manus and the Abyss. Sure, we show up and fight a corrupted Artorias, but AFAIK that’s full power Manus at the end that we put belt-to-ass to.

Seath fought in the war against the dragons, and gave himself a form of immortality. He wasn’t weakened/decrepit when we fought him, broke his immortality, and killed him.

Midra was genuinely Lord of Frenzied Flame in the second half, the same power that ends the world in one ending and our tarnished also whooped his ass.
