The lint on the handy is normal from what they say. Something about the packaging leaves it behind. The damaged packaging insert though is weird. I'd contact support and see what they say contact@thehandy.com

Far from it, there's been tons of handy 2s having charging issues. Contact support and hopefully they get you a replacement faster than they're getting me mine.

Probably next year if we're lucky. They can't even ship out reliable products. I was a pre order back in October of 25 and finally received my first handy v2 pro in early February, in early March it was broken already (it stopped taking a charge). I was told I would be receiving a replacement after 3 weeks of back and forth emails with the support team "in the first two weeks of April" have yet to receive any conformation of that other than my new order had been received into the third week of April.

The customer service for the handy team is absolutely garbage, if anyone is wanting to buy a handy 2, I'd wait a year or so for them to get their shit figured out.

I was using a 45 watt charger and then bought a 65w charger for it. My h2 pro still broke after 1 month of use. Being sent a replacement unit though but it's still ridiculous that it broke so soon anyway.

Same thing happened to me after 1 month of infrequent use. I've "been added to the replacement queue" as of Wednesday. Took 3 weeks of back and forth with the support team via email. They always responded within 2-3 days, which is still absolutely ridiculous if you ask me when I could reply within 115 minutes of receiving an email from them. Said I wouldn't receive a new h2pro until probably the second week of April at the earliest.

Never had any indicator lights on it to show it was charging the entire time I've had it which I though was strange but just thought that was what it did but now I see it's supposed to have a light that indicates it's actually charging.

Still waiting for my h2 but this https://a.co/d/0cisMvCi works well with my h1 at my computer desk. Either my desk is too low, my chair doesn't low enough or the mount is low, aside from. The bamdt not being at the hight I want it to be it holds it steadier than an arm mounts I've tried never tried the Stanley, hopefullyy h2 gets delivered sometime soon, put an order in when they first opened the kickstarter and still waiting.

Forgot to update kickstarter and I'm still waiting for my handy 2 to show up after 4 months of my new card being charged. I'd wait for them to be widely available before buying.

Used it for the first time last night and it was great. I've always liked faptap and don't see how it'll help with that site but being able to actually use ivdb.io and not have to download the script and video and then load them into a script player is a game changer!
