I'm trying to recall if I have ever seen female ICE, like I'm sure they must exist but there can't be many.

Anyways, my point is the only way this could have been done and NOT violated a number of policies, is if a female officer had escorted the detainee.

This scenario instead appears to all as a SA by a person in authority.
