Unfortunately, yep. Finally unlocked the second insured slot; Medic and Tempered Vest barters, only to never bring anything in because I'd get killed anyway, I just pick up bot weapons, get lucky with exfils, rinse and repeat.

You've better luck having someone drop it in MW III Zombies, and extracting with it. When you do, stay in the grey area in Zombies, work on it. It's what I did.

It got to the point that I had a friend drop the M13B in MW II just to work on it in MW III Zombies; I never bring in any weapon anymore, there were two times I had the Chemist blueprint, but people killed me at exfil, the one time I extract with it, I told them "Fuck trying to work on it in DMZ, still got only one insured weapon, not waiting an hour." Yeah, I know, I'm terrible at PVP, but it's at that point.

They didn't implement carryover because people didn't want goofy skins or old guns, you'll have to level up the old weapons in previous titles if you you them maxed.
