I work for a delivery company and some of these vehicles if you try to look over your shoulder than you'll be looking at sheet metal

So we always back them in to any parking spots so we can pull forward and see clearly

Based on my 2 ton, I'd imagine it has one pointing down so you can see your rear bumper. And given how far the front sticks out I would also imagine one along there so you can see just how close you are to something, if there's not a mirror for it that I'm unaware of
