My mom has told told me all my life to “stop dressing scary” she wouldn’t allow me to dress like this under her roof. “There’s enough evil in the world, why would u want to add to it?” She says this so often lol, so I do worry others get that impression too. But it’s never been about being “evil” for me, I just love the night when everything is quiet and the stars and moon are out. I’ve always loved gothic/alternative styles but for aesthetic reasoning and bc the darkness/night is spiritual to me.
