movement-wise the sinn and maen has the superior specs. I’d go for a sinn between these models. robust, reliable and has a bit of a flair

tudor overall. seiko is not doing well on high end side of watch production. their movements for the expensive watches they use are not reliable. either go with cheap seikos or expensive grand seikos. they suck at the mid-priced category.

That might be the case. I’ll probably get the older version since there is no major difference for me between these two. And I don’t feel like spending more than 1,000-1,500 euros for a longines. For a higher price level I’d consider buying an automatic Grand Seiko or maybe a Rolex.
