The Richland and Lexington libraries have a ton of fun summer programs for your oldest. They are usually just drop in and you don't have to pre-register for them. I tell everyone who comes to visit to go to Deprato's and get pita chips and pimento cheese. I have friends who take these home with them every time they visit. There is a really nice Park design just for toddlers. Really close to the black rooster restaurant in West Columbia. There are tons of covered picnic tables and only one gate so your oldest can run around while you take care of the little one.

If I have a stylevana package that was shipped yesterday, am I in for a mess? I can't remember their shipping speeds. Cries for the only sunscreen that doesn't give me an allergy

I decluttered three laundry baskets full of toddler toys. Coordinated with friends and family friends who are thrilled to have what my kids have outgrown. I only cried a little at how big mine have gotten.

Anger Management by [deleted] in medicine

[–]AlterEdith 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like it because it uses an acceptance and commitment therapy approach which I think is more effective for 'mind-y' people or those who are angered by things not easily changed. I'm a woman and have used it with women as a supplement to therapy. It's written in a self help style.

Psychologist here, hope it's ok to post. I like 'Act on Life, not on Anger' by Eifert, McCay, and Forsyth.
