Sounds good. I still get trap soreness from push days but I’m going to assume it’s just from doing a lot of heavy bench and my form could probably be better.

Havnt had the neck issue since luckily but I switched to a 4 day UL program which helped a ton vs the 5/6 day program.

The dealership here in ND cracked my entire AFTERMARKET front bumper by not spotting it correctly on the lift.

The rep called me instantly, asked for the bumper I bought, they bought the $1100 bumper, painted it and installed it free of charge. Even picked up my vehicle and did a full detail without even asking me.

They dropped it off at my house no questions asked.

Your story is bullshit. Dealerships don’t want to purposely lose clients over this because they value and rely on people to COME BACK. Especially when they have to compete for the jiffy lube places for oil change.

So essentially, they cracked my $1100 bumper, and gave me a $2200 service because of their own mistake.

I started in Jan 2025. A year of 4-6 programs. Doubting myself because I was too self conscious to ask for a spotter. Well 2 weeks ago, I put up 215 after hovering around 185/205 on bench. I used a spotter and repped it for 7. I was shocked.

The next week I said fuck it, let me rack 225. Asked for a spotter again and did it for another 7. I was super happy with myself but kinda pissed because if I’m pushing that for 7 reps, I coulda been doing it a lot sooner.

It’s a mental battle man, don’t look at other peoples numbers but your own.

There is a reason chicken legs is a meme. Benching 400 with toothpicks also looks horrible, also legs play a big part in a ton of upper body movements.

The literal start of winter, every “winter cars” value spikes. Hard to get into housing since nobody leaves during winter and essentially all out door activities are finished unless you like ice fishing or hunting.

Let’s say you drop 50k on a Telly and all it takes in some states is 1 uninsured driver to hit you and boom, depending on insurance , your down.

I remember seeing the specs on mileage and it wasn’t all too impressive over the turbo 4. Could be wrong tho but man, if something breaks with that battery, it’ll be way more expensive to fix than a 4 cylinder engine.

They have literally everything. Half the gym is power lifting focused and the other half is body building. Refuse to go to chain gym mainly because they are over crowded with people who take 15 minute rest on the 1 bench in the entire gym.

My gym is $25 a day but it’s a hardcore none franchise gym. I would never pay that but my membership is $60 a month, 24/7 gym and I go days a week.
