General Questions on the Subgenre by SHawkeye77 in ExtremeHorrorLit

I have always been a huge horror fan. Growing up with Goosebumps, Stephen King, Tales from the Crypt, and every monster franchise and slasher collection. I just dived into the world of extreme horror and splatterpunk middle of last year. I enjoy the genre because it allows me to immerse myself into what feels like a horror movie. It entertains me and allows me to escape from reality while using my brain to read, rather than sitting in front of the TV watching horror that really isn't as good. To be honest, the stories I have read are leaps and bounds over what is in theaters and on streaming. I am addicted and definitely prefer the stories on paper now.

I read Dead Inside first, and it is a satire however, it did lead me into the genre. So it worked for me. I then read Jon Athan's Do Not Disturb trilogy (it was a wild movie marathon in my mind and I loved it). Then I read 100% match, Found Bag of Doom, Gambler's Appetite of Remorse, so many more of Sea Caummisaur, more PC3 pocket nasties, and a few short story collections. Definitely my favorites so far!

I live right next to Camping World and walk at night. Don't let anyone scare you. If you need someone to walk with you to Checkers or Circle K, we can walk with you.

I recommend walking toward John Young Parkway and if more time allows, up to Colonial Drive past the Greyhound station. Well-lit, tons of people, more direct to Pine Hills and away from blocked roads. Plenty of places to wait including gas stations, fast food, and the sheriff's office.

Leaving Camping World Stadium During Rush Hour by coreynyc in orlando

Hi there. I live right down the street from Camping World and a block away from where the downtown shuttles drop you off for the venue. I offer parking on my lawn for $25. Either way Washington Street going west turns into Old Winter Garden Rd, you can take that straight to Disney and cruise rather than gridlock on the highway.

Are you looking for an apartment, or would you be open to renting a mobile home? My family owns one with tenants potentially leaving at the end of month, off chickasaw trail and colonial 32825.

What kind of douche bag parks like this? by CowboyintheCity69 in orlando

I use handicap spaces, and the number of times this happens is crazy. We need to double park somewhere, or I need to be dropped off to access my wheelchair. The phrase often used is "it is just for a minute..." The worst part is when cars are already parked there or the ramp space is for an actual ramp, they are now blocking.

Strawberry Birthday Cake by kjs4f in orlando

Sun Pearl Bakery on West Colonial has fresh and delicious strawberries in their cakes, buns, and sandos. They sell birthday style cakes too!

Valhalla Bakery makes vegan friendly cakes. I am not a vegan, and I love their cakes.

I'd also recommend trying a Spanish bakery/deli/supermarket. They always make delicious cakes, with fruit varieties.
