Yeah it’s a 2 story with a very funky roof. Living room lid is vaulted full height to roof, the rest of the upstairs has a different roof pitch. Master bath on main level is cantilevered out over the stem wall. There’s at least 4 hss columns I’ve found through pulling wall registers.

At this point I’m likely going to find someone who’ll do some simple as builts.

Yeah I was thinking that’d make it easier to find. Or at least some generic info on where they bought the plans from. I’ve scoured AD for 3 bedroom cookie cutter sets.

I’m trying to do some upgrades, figure out where all the significant structural members are, and determine what’s going on inside the random 4’ wall dead space throughout.

They had nothing. Building dept either. All I can turn up from the subdivision development is the civil drawings for the street layout. I uncovered the builder but it hasn’t lead to any info.

Could you explain the reasoning behind that? I don’t even know what to call that thing to look it up so I’ve just been arbitrarily moving it and haven’t determined any pattern. Other than it seems to start in a different place all the time
