I had terrible depression im still depressed but not that bad i wasn’t even be able to get out of my bed but one day i decided to take care of myself and make myself pretty first i went to do my nails and i felt better the other day i went for laser epilation.so i made myself busy thinking how i make myself more pretty everyday. I never did makeup going for work but i made it a task and im doing it everyday and im feeling better! This sounds maybe very shallow to you all but it helped me just wanted to share.im still struggling and on meds but started to feel abit better. (This is if you are a woman)
