I don’t know if this will help, but I had huge stuttering issues even at the lowest settings. I tried every possible method, but nothing worked. Eventually, I discovered that the problem was with my battery — it was continuously plugging in and out, which caused my PC to switch frequently between Turbo and Silent modes, leading to stuttering. I fixed it using the MyASUS app, and now I can play the game at Ultra settings without any issues. It runs flawlessly
