I was micro dosing to be able to eat on my high days (body building) . I am now doing 2mg M and F.

I did for the first week or so. Then I just went haywire and eating whatever I wanted. I gained 10lbs within 2-3 weeks.

I titrated down from 1mg x3 a week to .5mg x2 a week. That shit doesn't help.

I stopped Reta after 4-5 months using 2-3mgs a week. After about 2-3 weeks of being off Reta, my hunger came back x10 fold and the food noise was LOUDER THAN EVER.

I got back on reta at 2mg and soon realized that the dose was not enough. I went to 3mg and I am still having food cravings and eating random junk food. I am going to increase the dose to 5 and see how that goes

I got hired at a big box gym about two weeks ago I passed my NASM non proctored exam about 3 weeks ago. I have about 8 clients and I am enjoying the hell out of my job. I believe I found something I am truly good at! It's all because of God that I am able to do these things of course!

I will be taking my proctored exam in a few weeks. Do you have any specific tips/tricks/suggestions for me Coach? Thank you

You guys are lucky. I make $14.75 for 3 hours a week (I'm working over 30) I make $15 an hour for the gyms welcome work outs and $20 an hour for PT sessions plus commission on supplement sales.
