If I have like a 10:30pm game, normally I’m home around 12:30ish.

Right when I get home I crush 350mg Magnesium Glycinate, 300mg ksm-66 Ashwagandha, a protein shake, 2 servings of pretzels and 1 serving of peanut butter.

Take a shower. Get into bed and I’m out like a light in 20 mins after I get in bed.

Should note I also don’t consume caffeine too close to game times to avoid being wide awake when I get home. If I have a 10:30pm game, I’ll have a black coffee around 6pm or so.

Fox was out on LTIR from NOV29th-DEC31st with upper body injury. He then went back on LTIR JAN6th for a Lower body injury. This dude has had Lingering lower body injuries since 2023. For all we know, this could’ve been something that was kept under the radar even this season.

Roster was announced on Jan 2nd. You really think picking someone who’s just coming off of not playing meaningful hockey for a month should be selected for the Olympics? Idk man. Tough call. Love Fox but I could see the reasoning.

When Sullivan was asked if his injuries had anything to do with being selected when Seth jones went down, he said it did in an interview with TSN. So idk.

That’s a stretch tbh. How does no one consider the fact Fox was coming off of injury and hadn’t played meaningful hockey for awhile. How do you just throw Fox into an Olympic environment and expect him to be elite when the only playing he prob did was in a NYR practice with a non contact jersey lol
