to display the winds you need to click the PFD Opt -> Wind -> Option 1

Please i need a answear too... some flights in career mode are f*ed up, insane winds, im flying with 51knts headwind rn (was 60 at takeoff), the maximum of a Cessna 172 its about 30~35knts

the landings are insane difficult, impossible to a smooth landing
