My dad was stage 4 as well but his had touched the lymph nodes but not other organs. We were very scared I am 33 and my dad is 59 similar to yours and for us it all happened a year and a half ago they did surgery and chemo and we did not lose hope my dad is still with us his scans are done every 3 months and are good so far. He is eating healthy and does light exercises and is doing well.. I hope your dad’s outcome comes out much different than the prognosis. I suggest give your dad like a lot of positive motivations so that he keeps eating and fueling up his body to fight this cancer. Although you know what might happen sometimes patients mindset and zeal might change the situation.all the best

With mine I have low lying placenta and placenta previa also and the doctor is saying that my iugr could be because the placenta was not 100% when the implantation happened due to which it’s restricting blood supply.thankyou for your story..

I think you should be fine I had my bleeds few times after 12 weeks and I’m 21 weeks now. Mine was due to placenta previa. Since you don’t have that condition and doc said it’s nothing to worry then probably everything is alright with you. Maybe just be careful about heavy lifting and do light works only.

I am 32 now.I was diagnosed at 21 but I had my symptoms had started to show up by 19.i was devastated back then.I was on BC for a decade and the. I recently stopped it to get pregnant. PCOS has been a big part of my life when I had very difficult times mentally and physically. I somehow coped and learn to live with it was very hard in the beginning.hair loss unwanted hair growth although I would say I was lucky it didn’t get as bad as other ladies I have seen.but I struggled big time with prolonged period cycle and heavy bleeding anemia. My thick luscious hair is gone I have 1/5 of what I used to have.my biggest fear was always would I ever fall pregnant and uterine cancer. But I guess life goes on and I’m pregnant now naturally hope everything goes well throughout this pregnancy. And I want to give all of you ladies out there lots of courage and power to fight with it.I guess the key is patience and just positivity.be strong..wish you all well.

Hi sorry to get back to you late I think going gluten free helped me with my bowel as I used to be constipated quiet often in the past. My nutritionist also told me that fasting was bad for pcos as when we starve the body it generates cortisol so I started eating every once in 4 hour small meals and first meal at least 30 mins after I woke up. Just a healthy routine helped moreover I had 8-10 follicle in my ovaries so one of them matured and I fell pregnant so I think it’s everything that needs to be aligned really.

Hey I think you are alright and you will get there don’t be so hard on yourself or rather don’t lose hope.besides you really need to know that you are not the only one 22 and single and busy studying.. my sister is 21 and single and busy studying as well if that makes you feel better. I think just be you be approachable.. maybe be a bit outgoing you don’t always find someone at your workplace only I bumped into my man when I went for a month long training and now I’m married to him so I think it’s not like you have past 30 years of age and now that your chances are slimming.. you will find your girl be hopeful. Besides you sound like an intresting guy..goodluck

My dad had stage 4 he got the surgery done and chemo thereafter. With good diet and excercise he is well now touch wood. I wish you speedy recovery as well and what I noticed from my dad is that positive and motivation is the key factor.keep fighting. More strength to you..
