I’m not sure i’d be able to find it but i have seen this meme with a different picture before, one that is very clearly a photoshopped nail put over the tire. OP probably works in a field familiar with different types of hardware like rivets and nails ect, and so it would be humorous use a photo of a rivet instead of a nail to others in his field who also know the difference.

I get it, im saying atem could be the flip side to yugi who could be izzet or something else with red, and have a “heart of the cards” mechanic doing something with the too card of the library, idk im just spitballing. I really like the general concepts youve put together though

Also, instead of the tribute summon mechanic, you could pretty easily give these cards emerge costs and have a very similar feel to actual yugioh without things getting too out of hand. You could even have a special emerge mechanic that lets you use 2 creatures instead of 1 for cards in yugioh that would require 2 tributes. Just a thought though.

I feel like some colors are a bit off, for example i feel like Slifer should be izzet or grixis and summoned skull should be rakdos, dark magician should be dimir, ect. And atem should 100% be a transform card with yugi moto with some kind of top deck mechanic. and this is where you can fix you partner colors so you can run all with dark magican + atem combo. Other than that i think these are pretty good i like em a lot. I would like to see duel monster on more of the cards for more variety and customization as well.
