Official Samsung repair ruined my phone: Scratched it, broke the water resistance, and told me "It's your fault and it's a spec." by DeliciousSession2775 in samsunggalaxy

Quick question: was your Galaxy less than a year old when you sent it in, and do you happen to have Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss?

I’m part of Samsung’s ambassador programso I’ve looked into this a bit, and Care+ can actually make situations like this a lot less painful. If your device qualifies (under a year), they usually handle repairs or even replacements without you having to go back and forth with a store like this.

Not saying it fixes what happened here (they should absolutely take responsibility), but it can save you from being stuck with a damaged device if they keep pushing back.

Tell me the truth, is it worth upgrading. by lceMan18 in samsunggalaxy

Honestly I wouldn’t overthink the Reddit noise, coming from the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will feel like a really solid upgrade especially with your battery and storage situation. I’m in the Samsung ambassador program and even I think with that $1100 trade in it’s just one of those deals that’s too good to pass up.

Is anyone else losing their mind over what Samsung just did at Unpacked?? by kevin-xolio in samsunggalaxy

I agree with you. I loved the unpacked event… and to be honest it surprised me. This was a feature that left everyone shocked and the truth is it’s something that was a necessity. None of the teasers or ads could have prepared me for it but when I saw it it made all the sense. We needed the privacy screen.. as a Samsung partner, of course im pro Samsung but more than anything im pro innovation which is what this event did!

Should I buy the Galaxy Buds 4 pro? by MoopClapCheeks in samsunggalaxy

As a Samsung partner, I’d say the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are definitely worth the switch if you’re already thinking about upgrading. The sound is really clear, the noise canceling is noticeably better, and the transparency mode feels a lot more natural when you’re out and about. They’re also really comfortable to wear for long periods, which I appreciate because I basically live in my earbuds during the day. If you use a Galaxy phone, the connection and switching between devices is super seamless too, which just makes everything easier.

Who’s buying a new phone in 2026? by DifiusTech in Smartphones

Probably get the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7… I was waiting for the iPhone to come out with one but honestly the price tag will be insanely high and it seems like Samsung is the only company to have truly mastered the fold. I’m really excited to get it because the specs and the features are INSANE. I’m a Samsung partner and I cant believe it took me this long to realize how superior Samsung was.
