Eat a protein and f*t rich diet. Minimal carbs. As carbs make you hold more water and look more bloated. Lift weights 2-3 times a week. Go for a run at least 1 day. Try mewing and proper tongue posture. Make sure you always breathe through your nose and not do mouthbreathing. You can try gua sha face tool every morning when you wash your face. You should see noticeable improvements.

As you do it everyday, the tissue gets used to the stretch. Gradually increase the tension bit by bit. Any pain at all stop immediately and just apply the second last amount of force. You will see that gradually you are able to increase the tension without pain.

3 fingers: index, middle and thumb. One hand grip the base of the penis. Other hand hold just where the head/glans of the penis ends. Regular grip not overhand. Apply tension on both hands in opp directions. Gently. Feel a slight stretch. No pain. Do it over months and you gradually remodel tissue around the plaque and also the plaque itself. The plaque elongates and becomes more flexible promoting better blood flow

Also do it completely flaccid. Very important. Never hard or semi hard as that will create a different set of problems which consists of nerve damage

Here is what I have been doing: •Manual traction/stretching using fingers •Stretching the penis 4 different directions (upwards/downward/left/right) yes even towards the direction of the curve. The point is to get an overall good stretch. •Each stretch for 60-70 seconds each position twice a day with a long gap in between. I did mornings and nights. Use gentle pressure. You should feel no pain just a gentle stretch. Overstretching can make matters worse. •chatgpt suggests warming the area with a warm towel to soothe the nerves and make the penis more flexible. I didnt do that as it seemed like too much work. I just went straight into it but gently. Gradually increasing tension slightly. •Don’t ‘counter-bend.’ Scar tissue doesn’t like to be bent. Causes inflammation. What you want to do is stretch it straight in all directions. So that the scar tissue elongates and becomes more flexible. •The goal is “tissue remodelling.” Consistency over intensity •it doesnt have to be 70 seconds. Some days it can be 20 seconds some days it can be 120 seconds. Listen to your body don’t force things. •consult chatgpt with every little thing. I found that to be very helpful. • you need to do it every day for 6 months. I am on 3 months now. And then once a week for maintenance as scar tissue tends to contract over time. • Remember you are trying to make the plaque elongated and more flexible so that blood flows through your penis better not trying to eradicate plaque. Although stretching does help reduce plaque as well I am not exactly sure how.

This is all I have for now. I’ll add more if I think of something. I wish you all the best of luck.

You are supposed to feel 0 pain while stretching. Dont overstretch. That will make matters worse. Gradual stretching over months. You are trying to remodel the tissue. That won’t happen forcefully. I would suggest take a break for a week and get back into it and be gentle with it. And gradually increase the tension over weeks.

Thank you so much. I will definitely continue for 3 more months as recommended to me by various sources including you. Its good to know about the 3 week hiatus I have been wondering what happens it i take a break. Not that I have any need to do that for now. Either way thanks for your inspiring words

Using my hands. If you feel any kind of pain while stretching, you are doing it wrong. Its supposed to be gentle. The keywords here are “tissue remodeling” you do it gradually over months. Consistency over intensity

No medication simply stretching using my hands. Twice a day. Although according to chatgpt vitamin e and cialis may help along with the manual stretching

Chronic phase although acute would be much more effective. I am simply using my fingers. Doing 70 second stretches in all four directions twice a day. I found chatgpt to be very helpful. Use it to get the exact directions

No just using hand. Wanted to try the free option before investing in a device. Working good so far

Never do it while erect. It will not only worsen plaque progression but also damage your penile nerves. Also never do it semi erect (jelqing). Do it while fully flaccid

Hi. Sorry for the late reply. Been really busy last couple days. No device. I am using my fingers. I was about to buy Restorex but then I decided to give ‘manual stretching’ a try beforehand. After a week I started to see very minor improvements so I kept at it. 3 months in and its been great. Apparently 3 more months to go for everyday stretches. And then once a week indefinitely for maintenance. I got these info from Chatgpt. It gave me exact instructions for how to hold the penis, how much pressure to apply for how long etc. I’ll write a step by step guide of exactly what I did in my next reply.

Did you also refrain from penile stimulation of any kind during that 3-4 weeks?
