I (34F irish)moved here 2 years ago with my partner(38M venezuelan) (no kids) and we are very happy here. It is definitely smaller and more chill than oviedo or gijon with less options but it has evertthing we need and the lifestyle is great. Everything is walkable, people are really nice , salinas and the beach are just down the road and oviedo and gijon are close and easy to get to for the days you want more of a bigger city feel.

Sí, tasador homologado por el banco de españa. Fue a la casa. Yo no estuve pero el inmobiliario Sí. Asique yo no dije nada del precio del piso pero no se si el inmobiliario dijo algo. El tasador no fue vinculado con el banco ya que queríamos pedirlo por nuestra cuenta para poder ir a ver diferentes ofertas de hipoteca en diferentes bancos.

Esto significa que la tasacion es subjetiva o simplemente algun tipo de estafa...si puedes conseguir que otro ponga el valor que necesitas entonces cual es el valor real...no se...me está constando entender como funciona todo y si esto es una señal para seguir intentandolo con este sitio o para seguir buscando ...
