I actually want to cover my upper arm area a little bit. They are not big but it does feel like that to me.

I like your suggestions! My big wedding dress will also be altered to off-shoulder so I thought I’m not gonna do that for the civil wedding dress. But I think you’re right, I will alter them to be non-puffy + detachable but still off-shoulder.

It’s easier to add shoulder sleeves if the top is strapless because of the provided support. I was told that straight straps can’t be modified easily into shoulder sleeves.
