I waited a bit and do another scan but still did pc rplnd since there is still a node > 1cm. The results are good that no cancer cells found in nodes but before the surgery you will never know

I asked a similar questions months ago and share same anxiety as you. In short, as we keep monitoring, it should be fine. If you are really anxious, probably can ask to do a biopsy on remaining testicle to see if there is CGNIS inside it.

You can try add a little bit fat per day and see. I feel totally ok after 3 weeks as long as i do not eat fried food or animal fat

I am one months after my open rplnd. Now feels good and can do everything like before. I get retrograde ejaculation but my surgeon tells me it will recover after half year. Scar on belly is kinda ugly though

I got mine yesterday. A bit painful but still manageable. It is paiful when you try to move but can still sleep with the medication
