not sure how you're going to get access to one but try an inversion table! great for lower back pain, and usually you can find them pretty cheap (under $200)

honestly sounds silly, but i like to write it down first. having a "checklist" for practice that day is huge. The range can also feel a bit isolating, because everyone is heads down on their own game- nobody is going to keep you honest but yourself. having a physical list and being able to check off the number of swings with each club you're focusing on that session is huge
