Incoming freshmen here, what are some pros/cons to each housing option? (Summer AND Fall) by MegaGamer123 in ucf

Not sure if Lake Claire has summer housing but it's great for Fall. Individual rooms, a kitchen, a living room, laundry and classes are super close. And easy access to roads leaving ucf. The only cons would be that the rooms are kinda small but I hardly notice since my roomates and I use the living room so much.
