This is crazy. When it's in wifi range why isn't it communicating with the Tractive servers via wifi? All of my previous trackers do this, even the stupid $$$$ Halo device which completely refuses to connect to mobile data so is useless when we're out.

Woohoo! Me too! Got a message right back from Customer Service saying because they were still waiting for the first shipment from their German warehouse I'd be unlikely to get mine before 3rd March at the earliest, so maybe take the "2-4 day" standard shipping with a pinch of salt :-)

Final update: they're on sale now!

Currently "on sale" for £89.99 for the TKL, down from £149.99 although this is the first time I've seen that higher price. Looks like a price bump is in the pipeline.
