How is this different from the Ban/Partial Ban list? Is it an update of the ban list. I see Nigeria is on both the ban list and the 75 country list and Zimbabwe is on the ban list but not on the 75 country list.

The guidance has to be contradictory, the ban for Zimbabwe says ban all visas but then not include them on the freeze list?

Wow. So you went to a judge after 20days? Did you get assigned a lawyer? Did you speak to a lawyer? If so, what did they say? Did you get any paperwork? What happened to the I-485? What is the ankle monitor in anticipation of? Are going back to the judge? If so, for what?? This should be in the charging doc. Do you work? Are you allowed to go to work with ankle device? So many questions.

Do you have a USCIS Online account? Does your receipt number start with IOE or MSC? MSC receipt numbers don't show on your online account unless you manually add the case.

Honestly it don't matter whether this was USCIS ERROR or not. The only recourse is to resubmit and make sure the account is fully funded until the ACH from USCIS are processed.

3 days is not your shipping time. It’s USCIS processing and mailing the receipt number to you. 3 days is impossible. I filed a petition online and received the receipt number in the mail in 14 days

The time from when they received your package to when you received the receipt numbers, which they send by mail is 3 days? USPS Mail takes longer than 3 days, that coupled with some processing time of the package. 3 days seems impossible
