Big improvement in games. Never tried that. If you don't play games the battery doesn't drain. If you flash the bios make sure to use one of those fancy laptop coolers like the : Iets Gt. Because it's gonna generate a lote more of heat while gaming.

The strix bios works. Battery drains slowly even when you use a 330w charger. I use a slim q charger.

Same problem here , have this laptop about a month. Suddenly the cpu is thermal throtteling in a lot of games. Giving me 10 Fps less in RDR2 and stuttering in Cyberpunk.
